Dealers must include a copy of their FFL in the shipment. If an individual is shipping us a firearm that individual is required to include a copy of their CURRENT and VALID driver's license or state ID. Failure to include these documents will result in processing delays.

PICKUP *

I understand that due to varying daily workload, my firearm WILL NOT be ready for pickup until 24-48 hours after the shipment has been received. If you are tracking your transfer and it shows it has arrived that DOES NOT MEAN IT IS READY TO PICK UP. PLEASE WAIT FOR US TO CALL YOU before you come to pick up your transfer.

I understand that to pick up my transfer I will need a valid Texas photo ID / Driver's License, will need to fill out a Federal Form 4473 and pass a background check. TRANSFERS WILL BE HELD FOR 90 DAYS UNLESS OTHER ARRANGMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH US. TRANSFERS LEFT AFTER 90 DAYS WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.

I understand that in the rare event that the package becomes re-routed, mis-delivered, or lost, it is MY (the customer / recipient) responsibility to contact the seller / shipper to work out any errors in shipping. I also understand that any issues with firearm after it has been picked up must be coordinated directly with the seller and / or manufacturer.
